how to get positive traction
so i know this is a dumb question but other than switching my car to 5 speed with lsd transmission are there any other ways to get positive traction out of my 97 accord?
i can drive 5speed but my wife cant and i hurt my left leg in car accident and it wears otu easy so its not real stick shift friendly thats why i prefer automatics. |
energy suspension offers polyurethane strut rod bushings(radius rod bushings)
the radius rod acts as a traction bar to take away will hop and torsion to maximize traction under heavy acceleration and heavy braking. basically i would recommend doing a full polyurethane bushing replacement of the front end. strut mount bushings, swaybar endlinks, lower and upper control arm bushings, strut rod bushings also a wider and stickier tire is a sure fix for traction issues |
There are automatic LSD h22 transmissions that would drop in.
But other than that there isnt really a way. |
had never heard of that befor thankls for advise. and thanks i did not know they made a lsd auto trans

I tried to find one but they seem to be pretty hard to find. The transmission code is MP1A.
