Overall Performance

I have 1999 Accord V6
Current Mods:
Full Magnaflow Cat-Back Exhaust
Magnaflow Hi-Flow Cat Converter
Megan Headers
K&N Typhoon Series Intake

Question:
What minor upgrades should/can I do to get more hp/speed out of my ride? (Excluding Turbo or Supercharger)

Also should I go with Eibach's Pro System Plus Kit or coilovers? N y?

Thx

Not too much more you can do, especially with the V6 as there isn't a lot of aftermarket support for those.

Coilovers are better, but will cost more. Function Form is a good brand to check out.

Yeah i thought so i called about a dozen tuner shops bc I wanted to get the ECU tuned but at the end I found out that the OBD2 can't be modified.

The J series motor's actually have some aftermarket support. You have a J30. Research replacing the intake manifold with a better one (J32 or J35 i think), as well as a bigger throttle body.

If you wanted to go all out, do a J32A2 swap out of a CL Type S or TL Type S. That engine makes 260HP and comes with a 6-speed manual transmission, which would make your car quite a bit quicker.

As far as suspension, go coilovers. The ease of adjustability makes them totally worth it. Before I recommend a brand, what do you want out of the coilovers? (beside lowering of course). Do you want them to be stiff? Or more comfortable for daily driving? How low do you plan on going?

Answer those questions, and I'll recommend what coilovers I think would be best for your car.

I do a combo of street and expressway driving daily. Im a spirited driver but I'm not looking to go on the track or race. I would like to slam the ride/ max drop.

Thx

As far as the engine goes I'm not doing to do ant swap anytime soon bc the car just has 150,000miles on it.

Since you plan on slamming, look into Function&Form Type 2, KSport, BC Racing, and D2 Racing.
