Pro or sport?

So eibachs pro kit doesn't drop as much as the sport, which I was going to go with because of the larger drop, but everyone keeps saying they have the pro kit... Makes me wonder which I should go with? Think I've decided on koni str.t shocks based on recommendations. Replacing whole suspension, front and rear. Just going with stock parts other than lowering, unless anyone knows any aftermarket parts that are worth while? Rebuilding motor too, again all stock with minor exception of ca intake possibly. Also, any other suggestions as to where to get them the cheapest? Summit racing has been my best so far.

I had sports on my 97 Accord. I didn't have any problems with them, and they weren't even that low so I would have no hesitation choosing those again because they are the lower option.

Have you looked into function form coil overs? They are probably about the same price as koni struts+eibach springs and will give a better result.

I have NO clue what those are lol I'm still new to all of this. Never done any aftermarket anything to a car. I've only mostly just fixed or replaced something that broke or went bad.

Just google it or look on ebay. Think they are around $500 and will offer adjustable ride height.

So basically they're just adjustable springs from what I just gathered from summit? And other than being able to adjust the height, what's the pros and cons of each compared to the other?

I'm not sure of the spring rates but I'm guessing function forms will handle better.

Also coilovers are usually rebuild able when they go bad.

What's a good brand you would recommend? Being as I'm not going for performance with this car any longer, I just want something that will be a good decent mid grade part. Don't want the cheapest thing because you get what you pay for.
