suspension overhaul

I'm doing my stuts and springs on my 97 4 door. What struts would be the best to pair with h&r oe sport springs (lowers .75")without sacrificing ride quality. what other bushings and bolts will i need to purchase?

Adjustable: Koni Yellows/KYB AGX
Non-Adjustable: KYB GR-2/Tokico Blues

That spring isn't going to be much stiffer than the OEM ones, so you would be fine with any of them.

If any bushing are worn out, you'll want to get new ones pressed in. Everything else should be reusable.

RE: suspension overhaul

It's pretty straight forward. There are 14 nuts and 4 bolts you have to remove just to take the struts off of the car. Then remove the nut on top of the strut to replace the springs using a spring compressor.

You need to search this stuff on your own. The Suspension section is riddled with this very same question. If you can't find the procedure on here, go out and drop $25 on a Haynes/Chiltons manual.

And for bushings, there are three in the rear and three in front, but there's a lot more work involved in replacing them, you don't just pop 'em in.
