19" w/40 Offset fit 2004 Accord?

Default 19" w/40 Offset fit 2004 Accord?
I'm looking at getting 19" TSW Nogaro wheels for my Accord but trying to find the 45mm offset to fit. In talking to the guys at buywheelstoday.com they said the 40mm will fit. Anyone had experince with this?
