best tires???

summers worn down pretty close to the tread indicator so I'm going to get new tires soon, what would you ppl recommend for a good touring tire that will actually last? I was thinking falken, yokohama or michelin...any suggestions? thanks

I don't like the BFG tires, do not seem to last on honda's, I'm running kuhmo's at this time, but it all depends on your type of driving and how much you want to spend. Go to one of the tire websites and do some comparison shopping.

I swear by falken..... ziex are great and they don't wear that quickly

Those look like nice tires.... I'm still a Falken fan, ever since I raced in my friends car on the Falken Azenis, then put Falken Ziex on my car I'm sold on them.... I'm sure there are a few different tires out there that are a little bit better for whatever the application may be but nothing out there will touch them in the value for the money category....

Falken = elite...soft supple and insanely well made for speed

I'm not a big fan of BFG...they wear out too easily...same with Cooper. Michelin makes nice tires...I had them for around 4 years before I switched.

I had BFGoodrich KDW2's and they looked and rode great! I now have Falken FK-452's, which I love. I had to switch because I changed over from 18" to 19" rims. I would recommend either. The Falkens are a lot cheaper though.

That's a tough one. I was all set to get Bridgestone Turanza LS-V's but comments of 2-3 mpg loss and flat spotting (Tire Rack)turns me off. There is no way I'll pay the price for the OEM Michelins although they are holding up well......can't brag on the traction or ride though.

Thanks, think I'll go with some falkens.
