Tire Pressure

I have a 2016 Accord EX. About every 3 or 4 months the tire pressure light comes on and all four tires are down at the same pressure. Honda Dealer tells me that’s normal. I have never had this problem before. Is their a common point where all tires feed air pressure to?

what would make tire pressure to decrease the same in all four tires? Does not seem to be a seasonal (temperature) thing.

I'm not sure what you're asking; can you please rephrase?

Have you ever heard of the ideal gas law? If you set the temperature to say 36 psi when the outside air temperature (OAT) is say 80°F, and then the outside temperature drops to say 30°F, the temperature in all four tires will be about 31 psi.

Another issue is air is constant in its oxygen (~21%) to nitrogen (~78%) content; oxygen molecules are smaller than nitrogen and have a tendency to leak from your tires and past the bead at a relatively constant rate (but not as consistent as the temperature change calculation). The thing to remember, some tire makes and models are more prone to leakage than others, in fact even some batches of any given make/model of tires are more prone to leakage than others.

Yes it normal. That is why we now have pressure sensors, tires lose pressure over time and changes with temps.

"shipo" great answer.
