The facts here they are..Hyundai Bolt Pattern. 5x114.3 - Hub size 67.1mm, - Offset or ET 35-44 mm, - Lugs or Nut size 12x1.5mm . Will need new TPMS's, - Tire Size 225/45/18"

Honda Coupe : BP. 5x114.3 , - Hub 64.1mm, - Offset 40.55mm, - Lugs same.., Tire size 235/45/18" . New TPMS's

Wheels and tires in these sizes should fit..but you would want to check clearance very carefully.
The 235/45/18" tires are 2"s higher than the 225" tires.

Hope this helps your decision. :)

thank you! so can I use my current tpms sensors or do I have to buy new ones? And you're saying that I could mount 235s on the new rims but I should watch the clearance? If I go with 225s should I have any issues? Will ride quality or fit suffer?

forgot to mention my accord is a 4cyl ex...so stock tires are 225/50/17. Will these tires fit the new rim?

Ride will be a little stiffer. TPMS almost always have to be changed cause the usually get wrecked by the tire installers who are never carefull, they WILL have to be re-programed with the installation..cost is kinda high.

Stock tires on the 4cyl are 225/50/17 (not 235/45/18) so the wall is a little higher right? should ride quality changed noticeably? How much does it usually cost for new tmps and programming?
