96 accord rpm falls low on start

I own a 96 accord lx auto and whenever I start the car now, the engine rpm falls low to about 700, even when it is cold. Has anybody experienced this? Thanks...

Hard to tell
now you have 2 choices

1. wait till the Car OBD will find the problem and light up Check Engine light.
2. go for a computer diagnostics to check the sensors for proper operations.
