alright, this may go against the grain with most...most suspension mods anyway. i really need to stiffen up the suspension on my 00 V6 sedan, but don't wanna lower the car. i guess i should note that i'm not looking for a major performance enhancement, but this car's just too heavy for the factory suspension and i pull a trailer quite a bit. you gotta admit...even without a trailer, this thing's a lug in the corners. i got into this car from my '97 GTI VR6 and nearly killed myself on my first onramp...talk about body roll.
anyhoo, anyone ever done a suspension mod retaining factory height?

I've always gone for adjustable shocks as one of my first upgrades. That way you can dial in the amount of stiffness you like. Also changing out the stock sway bar bushings for poly ones helps out some as well. These are the changes I did to my last car, 02 Isuzu Rodeo, and they made a day and night difference in the handling characteristics or the car. Probably the same thing I'll be doing to the new Accord as well. From information I've gotten on this board I'll also be swapping out the factory rear 14mm sway bar for either a 17 or 20 mm Acura TL one the first suspension change.
