Default Replacement Battery Recommendation (7th-gen Accord EX-L)

I am hoping you guys can help me out. I have a 7th generation Honda Accord Ex-L (automatic, 4-cyl) that the battery is going bad. The manual specifies the following
for the battery:

12 V 36 AH/5 HR or 12 V 38 AH/5 HR

I am not sure which I should get. Also, it does not tell me the battery group that I need to buy. Can you please recommend me a replacement
battery (and brand)?

Thanks.

The stores should be able to get you what you need.

If you are in the USA, just go to Sears and their auto dept will take care of you quickly.
Sears has different levels of DieHard batteries; I buy the "gold" level and they work for a long time.

Three more suggestions-AutoZone auto parts stores which sell Duralast brand batteries (Red,i.e. "Regular" and Gold types),Costco, which sells Kirkland batteries and Sams' Club that sells Duracell batteries. (no relation to the ones in your flashlight!) Of course you have to be a member to buy from the last two places. All of these, along wth the DieHard batteries sold by Sears are made under contract by Johnson Controls, so shop by price and warranty, along with making sure you get the right size for your vehicle. I myself plan to make the next battery on my Accord (07 SE V-6 AT) a Kirkland size 35-was rated a "Best Buy" by Consumer Reports in their last review on car batteries.
