Zero RPM, crank no start

First step in no-start is to see what's missing; spark or fuel. An easy way is to attempt to start w/ starter fluid or throttle body cleaner. Inject 5-10 second blast into air intake and attempt to start.
No start continues, then spark is likely missing.
If starts briefly and runs, then fuel delivery problem is likely.
