Default Zero RPM, crank no start

I have a '93 Honda Accord LX. After driving for 5 minutes, all of a sudden I got zero RPMs, no acceleration and the brake/steering wheel went stiff. It will crank and but not start. What should I do?

First step in no-start is to see what's missing; spark or fuel. An easy way is to attempt to start w/ starter fluid or throttle body cleaner. Inject 5-10 second blast into air intake and attempt to start.

No start continues, then spark is likely missing.

If starts briefly and runs, then fuel delivery problem is likely.

Post your results for further guidance.

good luck
