Default Buffer recommendations?

Looking to get a buffer. Anybody got any recommendations? I have no clue what I am doing. Never used a buffer before so I have no idea what speed is too fast, too slow, etc..

Can someone school me and recommend a decently priced, quality Buffer?

Sorry no specific help here either but I can direct you to some. Try the website Autogeek.com (just google autogeek) they sell great products. But more important they have a forum section where you can ask a question and read posts already there about buffers. I believe they have on-line help (live chat) or at least you can certanly call and ask. They sell good stuff, I've bought from them before. And no, I have no personal interest in them either.

I'll check it out. Thanks! I am really now just thinking I'll buy one from Walmart to avoid having to pay shipping charges. Must not bee all that important if no one has posted anything like "Don't buy this one" or "You should buy this one."

hey i just seen this today sorry about it... i have a dewalt adjustable speed buffer... that would prolly be your best bet so you can start out slow and figure it out as you go... once you get going you wont wanna like just turn the buffer on and let it set there you gotta keep it moving so you dont burn thru the clear/paint if you do that its a very costly mistake... if you got any more questions just hit me up anytime

A guy who owns a cleaning station for cars told me that they have been useing orbitol buffers for the last 15 years that he's been in business..
I saw at least 6 of them on his work shelves in the bays of his garage..he says they are the best...
