Default Good budget electric polisher/buffer

I'm looking for a fairly cheap (under $50, maybe up to $65 if I hear rave reviews on it) electric buffer. I want it to have enough power behind it to remove swirls and such, but I don't want it to break the bank. I know Meguairs and Porter Cable both make good high powered ones, but both their models are $100+ even used. If anyone here wants to get rid of a used one for $65 I'll hop on that, otherwise I need a good idea for a cheap dual action buffer.
