Default 00 Accord Tint

I just tinted my windows for my honda accord 2000 coupe. In the back window they have bumps on the top that the tint didn't really stick well onto. The people at the shop said it wouldn't stick. I think they got lazy and didn't want to try better. Is there any way i can fix this problem? or will it fully cure itself in couple of weeks? only had the tint for about 3 days now or is it 2?

they are right it will not stick well because of the black bubbles on the glass. I got my car tinted and I have the same issue. you can have them remove the top strip where the bubbles are if you don't like it.

Man -o-Man what you really need is a professional tinter to do your work..
These folks who call them selves tinters should be ashamed of therselves, i have seen thousands of tint jos locally and at the dozens of shows I attend and never....never see that problem...call them on it to get it right or to give up the $$$$$ that you spent back to you! Dont forget, there is always the better business bureau to get after them...
seriously

If they told you from the get-go it wouldn't stick why didn't you make them fix, or something?

i didn't even know it was like that untill i got home and saw it carefully. WHen i first saw it, it was in a garage and it looked good to me. But when i got home and parked it in the sunlight and saw it again being proud of my tints, that when i saw it and called. Hopefully imma go back there and ask them to fix it.

I had my accords windows tinted too, and it came out the same way. I went back to the shop and raised hell. So they put a piece of black vinyl over the dots. It actually looks good because the back window has really dark (factory) tint that goes around the whole back window and it looks good with the vinyl, it gives it a nice clean finish.

so took it back to the shop told them whats up... they couldn't do anything.. i guess they are not professional enough? they said all the accord they had they did the same way even one of the worker owns an accord and couldn't even do his right... so this was damn right gay... but yeah.. .. how much does tint usually go for? i paid 130 for mines... is that how it is elsewhere?
