Hi everyone well I need some of your guys ideas and help I'm looking for a front bumper lip and there's one that like but it shows that it for 98-00 accord 4dr type r lip and my car is a 01 accord ex 4dr V6 AT would it fit or is there a big difference in bumper?

Any help or comment welcomed guys thanx.

 

i imagine any lip you are putting on from a different model will need modding....

I was kinda hopeing I would find something just to bolt on and get going and that looks good and that dosent need nothing to complicated to work on any ideas?

 

No,the 98-00 has a slightly different bumper wich looks like this..

Im sure they have plenty of lips out there for correct your year.

Ebay may be your best bet, and try to get Polyurethane if you can as opposed to ABS.

No problem, Although i say go with Mugen style,but that's my preference.

 

so i went on ebay and found some type-r and some mugen ones but they all say that they do not fit V6 models and theres more abs than polyura what would be the difference in material wise and the benefits?

 

ABS is basically plastic material that is brittle and easy to break or chip,although i had an abs lip i never had an issue with scratching my lip,polyurethane is durable and flexible..Stronger material but is a bit more pricey..
