Default 06 spoiler on an 04

Has anyone put an 06 spoiler on a 2003-2005? If not, does anyone know if it will line up the same?

Easy to remedy..measure the 2006 's holes on the bottom if you have one and measure the holes on your 2004 if you have one and if so wola>>>try it out..

Good info for you>>>

two different part numbers

08f13sfa-100 (2003-05)

But the instructions are the same for installation.

According to H and A accessories, they are two different units. I looked over the instructions for the 4Dr and they appear to be the same and the electrical connectors are also appearing indentical.

I would of measured them except that I have two problems; 1. I live about half an hour away from a honda dealership;2. I don't have a spoiler on my 04 so i cannot measure the holes.

Problem with the 2006 accord spoiler is that it has no light in it and it covers up your third brake light....so you will not pass inspection!! In the 06 accord the third brake light is incorporated into the trunk lid, so the spoiler goes over it. In 03-05 the third brake light is inside above the back seats and the stock spoiler has a light so it doesnt matter if it covers it. As far as the holes go...I'm not certain, but I think they are in the same locations. I discovered the brake light thing when I was trying to fit an 06 spoiler on my 03 accord.....ended up going with the stock spoiler to limit complications with inspections.

Yeah, I am looking to add a spoiler to our 05 EX we bought last night... I am unsure if I would be able to get it perfectly straight. I may buy one and have a body shop or maybe a honda dealer install for me... Any good places online to find a factory spoiler?? I am gonna check ebay, but I am new to honda's as of yesterday!! Thanks!

www.handaAccessories.com

Great deals on OEM Honda Parts.

I've ordered spoilers from them and they're a breeze to install. Even the ones with the LED lights. Just order it and have a go at it. It's not really that hard. and you save a ton of money!

Or follow this link to the exterior accessories page for your car and scroll down for the spoilers:

Best of luck.

My question is: What does a spoiler actually do? I just bought a 2003 EX with spoiler and my guess is that it may help keep the back tires pushed to the road at >120 mph. Otherwise? Looks?
