1997 Speaker Covers in front doors??

Default 1997 Speaker Covers in front doors??
Just purchased a 1997 Special Edition Accord 4dr. The speaker covers in the fron doors are in pretty rough shape and honda wants 99.95 each to replace. Is there a OEM replacement or maybe a speaker replacement that is cheaper? Thanks Ray.

I didn't believe this at first, but that is the correct price. Majestic honda (hondaautomotiveparts.com) has them for $67 if that helps...

what exactly is wrong with them that they need replacing?
