Default 1999 Honda accord exl sedan foglights install

Hi I'm new to this and was wondering if anyone can help me install some aftermarket fog lights on my car. I bought some lights from eBay and noticed that when trying to mount them it seems that I would have to cut out some of the bumper in order to mount them. Is this a must...

I've moved this to the appearance section. Things like this do not go in the DIY Section - there are posts in there stating this.

Go here : www dot handa-accessories dot com/accext01.html

Scroll down a bit, from there I think there is a link to "view instructions".....and yes that is spelled correctly....just replace "dot" with "."

No direct links to selling sites.
