First let me say I have read over the discussions on this topic. With that said I am looking to upgrade my headlights to Xenon or some quality HID bulbs. I want something of quality first and that does not require much modification. I would like to stay under $200 for everything preferably under $100 would be ideal. I know quality and budget don't go together but help me out here.
