that's why you get the black housing lights, the lens of the headlight isn't tinted just the backing, so when the lights are on they can't tell the difference, when they're off they just look slick...

Gotcha, if they're about it then just keep it fairly low tint so you won't get harrassed, even a light tint will help blend the car a bit and the black on blue would look sick IMO....

they are all over ebay, just do a search for 02 accord jdm headlights, then I'd start browsing through the sellers and see if you can't find a matched set from the same seller to save a bit on shipping... that link I gave you, if you click on view sellers other items he also has a nice jdm styled black grille...

 

Well there are numerous things you can do but in the end its all up to you.... If your talking performance-- intake, headers, and exhaust are good for small gains and will only run you $300-600 depending on brands you get. If you wanna spend serious dough you can get a turbo kit or beef up the internals and go N/A and spend $2000-3000... As far as looks there are headlights, taillights, tint, lip kit, body kit, carbon fiber hood and trunk... Suspension and brake upgrades include coilovers, stut/shock/spring combo,strut bars, sway bar, big brake kit, brake rotors, pads... Interior mods include racing seats, fiberglass dash and door panels, gauges, shift boot, shift ****, etc...

any decent body shop should be able to paint a grille without any problems, if you bring it in before you install it then I don't think it'd cost that much
