I have a 2004 ex v6 coupe, and was looking to do a HID xenon conversion. I was looking at 8000k bulbs and was wondering if they'd still be brighter than the oem halogen bulbs, also what's the benefit of a slim ballast? And lastly, will the conversion be fine with oem headlights rather than aftermarket projectors?

 

I just installed 10,000k H.I.D.S in my 99 accord, they are woth it. i put in silverstar ultra headlights a year ago and they burnt out qickly but were very bright, these knock them out of the park. there almost unnecessarily bright but so bright that people see you coming easily down the road, they also make your car stick out from other cars, especially if you drive fast.
