Default 2004 Honda Accord. What should i do first?

Well first of all I'm new to the forum and don't know too much about fixing cars up.
So here is my situation, I just bought a 2004 Accord Ex and I really don't know what i should do with it first to fix it up. Any Suggestions?

Do you want looks or power first? Power: common starting point, Intake, Headers, Exhuast

Looks: Window Tint, Rims, Stereo

Lower it, Tein S-Tech springs $200, Struts Koni adjustables $600. 6spV6 strut bar $130, Rims (with these ^ 18" will fit nicely) $1800- $2200 or a Custom Catback $4-500......Intake $200 === Good start.....

How many miles are on it? Give all the info or put it in your sig for best responses..........

Prior to anything modwise I would make sure all the regular maintenance has been performed. Things like oil & filter, air filter, cabin air filter, trans fluid & filter, donut spare @ 60psi, condition of brakes & rotors, has the tranny recall been done (if applicable)?, condition of tires, and so forth.

Make sure all is as it should be prior to spending $$$$ on modifications.

First thing I'd do if you want sound is get 4 new speakers all the way around. I'm pretty sure you want 6x9s in the back, and maybe 6.5s in the front... someone correct me if I'm wrong.

correct in the back, in front 5.25s are easier with a spacer, though 6.5s will work with a little work.

if you want to work on cosmetics, I'd suggest you do suspension, oem lip kit, rims, then misc (speakers, amp, multimedia, etc..).
