Hey Everyone,

I was wondering what kind of mods, if any, were available for the 2012s instrumentation/dash? Particularly the display pictured below?



I love everything about this car, but the lacking style of the dash makes me hesitant on getting it

second that. As far as I researched, the only possible "Mod" is to change it's color, but I haven't find how to do it.

I don't mind the display, but if there's a way to actually change how it displays would be wonderful.

 

How do you change the color of the display?

 

I don't believe the 8th generation (2008-2012) Accords had the option to change background color. 9th generation Accords (2013) have that option.

 

I have a 9th gen. How do you change the color? I would like to go from red to blue. Thanks!

 

Go to System Settings -> Other -> Background color

With or without navigation, customization of background color is system setting, Other, Background color.

I am not sure of the color choices though.

 

Just a word of thanks for this. When my car arrives, I will test it out and report back. Controlling the look of the interior lighting seems to be a bit tricky. I thought it would be blue, but in my case, it is all in red. Thanks again!
