I want to get some different seats but I dont really want "racing" seats. I just want some sleek, comfortable seats. Do they sell em or do I have to custom upholster the ones I have now?

 

DC2 Recaro seats are almost a direct bolt in. Insanely priced though. Look into momo, buddy club, F1 spec, etc.

 

Momo is awesome but at a high price, money is tight right now, I was planning on a momo steering wheel, shift ****, hand brank, and shift boot. Momo has very sleek design! Recaro seats are nice. I have a new idea. Instead of forking out a lot of money for new seats... I can fork out a lot of money on custom upholstery. Anybody have any idea of where I can go to get custom upholstery...?????

 

dont u have re-upholstery shops in ur area? sometimes even a car customizing shop can do it. if not, katzkin. go to autoleathers.com you can choose it online and either install it urself or they'll have an installer in ur area do it

 

There are like no custom or upholstert shops within 2 hours from here.... I think I have found some cheap ones to save up for.... Corbeau seats are nice and inexpensive.

 

Is it really worth getting that car upholstery????? How much will that cost you???

 

i have a friend that does custom upholstery, it can cost alot depending on the materials you want. lets just say he made 3 grand for doing the interior of a ep3.

 

autoleathers.com you can get front & back seat and door inserts for 700 or so. you'd have to install urself but i've seen people on cardomain do it themselves and according to them they didnt have any prior knowlegde

 

Might be cheaper to buy some seats you want on eBay and have rails custom done
