the only difference are the trunk lights. i would see if you cann retro fit the rear lights to make it work.

i used to own a 94 accord LX and i dont know why they did this through the 94-97 yrs. seems like all hoods and trunks should just bolt on to each other no fabrication needed.

While the CF trunk would be nice, the tail lights on the 94-95 look a lot better.

Plus the 96-97 CF trunks almost always don't come with the bottom piece, so you have to use your stock one which looks bad.

I have a question-what hinges do you use in US for the 94 and 96-97?
I am asking cause here in Europe,we do not have the 4dr. sedans, only the 2dr. coupes' and the 5dr. Wagons'.
Anyway,my point is that on the 2dr. from 94-95 the hinges for the trunk are mounted beside the trunk lid and use shock absorbers, plus they are a piece of art working.
On the facelift 2dr. coupe which i own,it is a 96 one,the hinges are ****ty cheap metal pieces that go all the way inside the trunk and mount somewhere under the rear speakers, like the ones in older honda models.Like the 3rd gen Prelude i own,it has the same hinges so is the same with you?
If it is the same, than it is obvious that the trunk from 96-97 will not fit the 94-95 model. Not only the shape is the problem there, the hinges are all different.
Or are they not in the US market?
