So I have started this project 2 weeks ago, I'm about half way done, all I need to work on now is the door panels, carpet and seats. I'm thrilled with the results so far.

 

What type of paint are you using?

 

That is Dupli-color, vinyl and fabric. 3 coats 2 days full dry time. 30 min. between each coat.

 

I think it looks great! Might even have to steal this idea and use it at some point.

 

does it stay on there pretty good or does it scratch off pretty easy?

 

Your more than welcome too lol, I can't stop you, as long as you go with your own color concept!!!

 

I have to admit, it stays on well, thats without a clear coat aswell, I have 2 kids.. although I watch them like a hawk going in and out they still managed to get their little feet on the door feet plates.. No scratch..

 

If you guys noticed I even painted my rear carpet dash, from brown to black... LOOKS WICKED!!! and it maintains the hair texture.

 

looks good. thats what i was thinking about doing because my interior is like 3 different colors lol. can i get this paint anywhere?

 

Dupli color is a USA brand, so you should be able to find it. For Canadian residents, I got it at Canadian Tire.
