I also want to get rims for my 03 Accord but my dad was telling me I need to make sure the offset is right. Would any of you know the offset by chance? I want to get 17" rims, so whats the proper size of the rim and tire I should look into. This modification stuff is new to me so Id appreciate any help...

RE: Any Rim suggestions!?!?!?!
I have 17" Konig Imagines with Kumho 711's. Tire size P215/40R-17. Konigs are nice looking rims but I have found that when I put Kumho ecsta asx 215/45R-17 on the Konig rims I had alot of problems with busted rims. I replaced 3 rims during the time I had these tires on the rims. When these tires were on I had to watch out for any road imperfection. Now that I have the Kumho 711's on I have yet to have a bent rim and I have hit some pretty questionable holes. I really don't understand why those other tires were different but the new ones work great. Good luck. I also suggest to make sure you buy your tires and rims at a place were they do alignment, balancing, and have knowledge about chamber. My 96 Accord had to have camber kits installed when I got the new rims and tires and the place I bought the rims and tires from didn't let me know this untill after three months of use and the tires were ruined. Be sure that you take it to a place that performs these key things because Honda's do not have chamber adjustments. Your tires will wear excessively on the insides of tread or the outsides if they are not adjusted right. I hope this helps.

One other thing, I agree with the last post that when you get tires make sure you get something good. I loved my Kumho 711's but unfortunately they don't make them anymore. The 712s are pretty good but a bit overpriced compared to the quality you got with the 711s ultimately Toyo Proxes T1-s is an amazing tire. But for 17s you are looking at close to $200 depending on where you get them at. Maybe you can get a better price on line?
