What's up everybody? I have a 99 Silver Metallic Mist EX Sedan. I want to swap out my head and tail lights but I'm not sure which housing I want. I think the chrome would look sweet since I have a light color car but I wanted to get some opinions. Let me know what you think. If you have pics that would be great.

 

No pics, sorry. Having grown up during the era when chrome was King, I vote chrome.

 

I think chrome would look good too. But hey, go on cardomain.com and find some Accords. I'm sure they're are plenty with both chrome and black projectors and then you can seen them installed. Good Luck!

Thanks for the input and the welcome. I've been lurking around and decided to participate.

 

What's everyones thoughts on the projector headlights on Ebay. I know HID's are sweet but being a poor married man that's not going to happen.

 

I think they look cool ecspecially with the angel rings glowing. As for light output...i've heard they aren't so great and the cheaper ones' halo rings burn out. But I dont know much on them so try the "Search" tab on the top of the page and im sure you'll find some info on them.

 

Either would look good on a silver car. Black, I guess, is the official 'color' of JDM; silver can be good looking, but may give you the 'Ricer' factor. It all depends on what you are looking for.

As far as HID's go, the only way I've found the information that matters to me, in my circumstances, is reading. Lots of reading. You may have people tell you one thing and read another. There are some good forums that are dedicated to nothing but HID's.

Ok I think I've decided to go with a set of TYC Projectors with the chrome housing and a set red/clears for the rear. Thanks to everyone for their input.
