blackin it out

heres a video of my accord, i recently blacked out the tallights all the way.

What else would help me make this look better besides tire shine lol

What is a good tire shine to use? cuz all the ones ive used suck! i blacked it out all the way now ill post a pic as soon as i get it uploaded.

also its 2% and completely ILLEGAL.
