Hello Honda Lovers,

I love my honda. I can haul around 5 or so bikes if I dismantle them, put down the rear seats and dissemble them. Three go in the trunk and two can go on my bike trunk rack. I'm a pretty serious cyclist and I need more room to fit bicycles on my car, so I want at least a 2 bicycle/3 or 4 bicycle roof rack.

Problem is I went to Thule custom fit website and they want $369 for one, which doesn't include the bicycle mounts either. That's just the fricken rack. There's no way I'm paying that, so I humbly ask what model or brand of roof rack can I get used for a more reasonable price so I can set it up for bicycles? I'm mechanically inclined, is this something I can install easily or is it something I should leave to a professional?
