Default Clear coat coming off 03 Accord

So I have an 2003 accord coupe and the clear coats coming off it on nasty blotchy spots and I'm currently using a B92P style spray paint to cover it once I sanded it and I noticed it'd take about 5 coats to cover the spots (which I'm not entirely worried about about) but I'm wondering if anyone one has done the same and what style of clear coat they've used and had good results with? I currently work for a shop which I get wholesale prices on dulpi-color and etc style colors so that'd be even better. Thanks.
