Easy: remove all of you dash panels and sand them down, spray adhesive (3M 74 or higher), and stretch suede or any other fabric you want over it. Will be very time consuming.

or you can get some places to do it for you of course itll cost you in a way that looks kinda cool entirely suede interior (if you like that kinda thing

Contact this place, http://www.stitchcraftinteriors.com/ and I'm sure you'll get what you want. Of course you'll be spending outrageous amounts of money. The red/black interior that your showing has stitched seats that match the dash and the doors, so I'm assuming that you would be spending nothing less than $2000 and somewhere around $3000 for a full interior. That is for a fully customized interior done professionally. No, I'm not in the business, but I've looked around a bit for my own purposes.
