Exhaust Tip

Hey just purchased a new exhaust tip to spice up the looks of my 4 cylinder accord which does not come with an exhaust tip. Just wondering how to mount this to the exhaust pipe??

It doesn't look long enough to clamp, they'd probably cut off the current tail pipe thing and tack weld it on.
