Question front bumpers: material and mounting plates

Hey everyone, just got a new (to me) 99 accord last week, and I'm already planning out ideas for customizing the car. The worst part about the car is the front bumper, its all scratched up and the paint is faded and I want to replace it. I saw the thread on the forum about getting a prepainted OEM front bumper off of ebay, but I want to get a custom aftermarket bumper to spruce it up a bit. I was wondering about the materials that aftermarket companies use to make their bumpers and how they hold up over time. Specifically, Im wondering how they hold up to snow. Also whats a good way to mount your front license plate? I read that fiberglass cant take mounting screws... Anyway here's some bumpers that I'm considering, if anyone has any experience with these companies/my situation please weigh in, thanks.
