it wook a few trys to get the to sit right, then to make sure i put the needles back the right way


i attached it to the two lights that light up the whole pod, since they are no longer needed it was the perfect volatge for it

 

Looks like something out of Star Wars lol...

I never got how these things work... theyre overlays... but how do they light up?

 

the last pic is them on, they use a VERY SMALL amout of voltage, which is why i kept testing lights on the dash since they are very small, and that one was easy to soilder, and both those bulbs were out so it was easy to do

all i know is they are SOOOO bright(are adjustable) on the highest setting, and its drawing from a socket that barely lit a bulb, its gotta work like neons, casue there is a trransformer that buzzes like a neon on when they are on

obviously factory the needles are very close to the pod, so i had to pull them out just a tiny bit so they had free range of motion again

 

they were worth 71$ though

 

I like them .... if I were you, I'd stick a varistor in there so you can adjust how the gauges dim in comparison to everything else

 

Looks good..I could imagine it blinding you at night though.
