i was planning on buying a type r grille from ebay for my accord. i was looking at my factory grille and it looks like its connected to the bumper as one. how would i replace it? on the ebay page says it a direct bolt on replacement.

Yea I think its held on by clips, and you just switch over the clips to the type r grill, but im a noob with accord's so dont take my word. Are those ebay grilles good quality?

Ive got a 97 Accord and I like my grill. It was only 35 bucks. The quality is kind of cheap, but its held up perfectly without and problems. My grill came in two pieces, the grille frame and and actual grill mesh which I had to trim so it wasnt sitting on the bumper. I have no complaints though.

Nice. I like the Type R emblem. After I get all the engine work done on my car, I want to shave the side mouldings and door handles, get rid of all the stock emblems, and put the emblem from the Euro Accord SiR-T on my rear trunk lid.

I also bought a cheap ebay grille, I like it. It has held up well so far...Really cleans up the front of the car!
