Default Halo Projection Lights

I have a 2004 v6 coupe and was thinking of installing halo projection lights, does anyone have any idea how much the installment w/ or w/o parts would run? Also, if I just install an HID conversion now, will that be a problem or a waste if I decide to put in halos later? Thanks

To pay a shop to install them shouldn't be too much, its a fairly simple job. $100 or so. And most aftermarket projectors use different bulb sizes than the stock ones, so buying HIDs now might be a waste.

Alright thanks. I'm not totally sure on the projectors yet so I might just get HIDs but has anyone heard of xenonsupply dot com? I was looking at their HIDs and for my accord they have a standard, upgrade, and premium kit but if I want to got higher than 6000k I have to go with the standard. Is anyone familiar with these? Thanks

most of the people on this site use DDMtuning dot com. Their prices can't be beat and the quality is very high. I myself have bought 4 or 5 kits from them.

I wouldn't recommend much higher than 6000k, 8000k at the highest as it gets to the point where you can't really see.

Alright, I've heard good and bad about DDMTuning. For bad I've heard about colors not matching, and problems with ballasts, and then the turn around time coupled with paying for shipping if you have a bad bulb. It'd still be nice to know if anyone has any opinions on xenonsupply dot com. I also have a buddy who can hook me up with deals on HIDs from vexmotorsports does anyone have any opinions on these? Thanks

Also, for the projection/ halo lights which brands would anyone recommend? I've run into ones from JDM, Spider, Option Racing, etc... It seems all of them have good reviews, so is it a matter of just the appearance or are some rated better than others?

Well "JDM" is just some no name ebay knock offs. And I haven't heard of the other ones. The only real "big name" in aftermarket headlights is Anzo.

Just my own personal opinion, you can take it or leave it: the aftermarket projectors were played out years ago; and in many people opinions including mine they just look cheap. If you want something that looks go with black housing headlights or retro fit some TSX projectors into your stock housing.

Oh damn I didn't know that. But yeah I was already looking at black housing projectors.
