im lookin for the best way to get rid of the rust forming between the rear bumber and the quarter panels. any help would be awesome

Go to your local parts store and ask them for a bottle of Rust remover in their Body Shop dept area, I found that this product works fairly well in inhibiting rust in it's ealiest stages.
