Default HID conversion kits

hello everyone
i have an 05 honda accord EX-v6 sedan and was wondering if anyone could recommend a decent HID conversion kit for under $100.00
also, do i need to use a relay or can i just buy one of those plug and play systems? i recently moved to the southNC and this stupid city hardly has any street lighting at night so i wanted additional output from my headlights.
if someone has done this moddo you have pictures?
thanks

DDM Tuning sells great kits for $95 with a lifetime warranty. I put them in my housings a few months back.

What about just Sylvania SilverStar Ultra bulbs? They're close to HID.

I know with most HID conversions you don't get highbeams in Xenon. If you want them, then you want bi-Xenon which are around $300-400.

has anyone done an install on an 05 accord v64 door sedan?
my bro bought a set from this website: http://www.vvme.com/company.jsp
for his 04 miata and he says they work pretty good.
i'm wondering how easy or difficult it is to install on my car-when i replaced the bulbs a while back i had to go through the wheel well to get to the bulb, which was a real pain in the ***.
is there an easier way?
thank you

It's just like replacing regular bulbs man, but a relay is always a good thing to install as well. As for "bi-xenon", real bi-xenon lights use a physical deflector shield that moves into place to decrease light output for low beams... don't get HID high-beams

The 05's uses theH7 bulbs right or 9003 bulb? Means it's both low and high beam into one. Don't buy the cheap ones. I ended buying one for about $80. According to the web vendor, it would work for low beam HID and regular bulb highbeam, but after I installed them, the headlamps started pulsating or flashing, and my highbeam indicator in the dash was always on, which was annoying to say the least, the vendor said that I needed a relay which didn't fix the situation and I felt like that the vendor was doing the nickel and dime scam, so I returned the set and filed a dispute with my credit card company since I paid with paypal and paypal didn't want to help because the item wasn't purchased on ebay. Yes the vendor is also an ebay vendor.
