HID kits just include the wiring, bulbs, and box that are needed to convert your regular bulbs to HIDs.

the headlight housing is a whole different thing

I just ordered a HID kit for 170ish, yes the best kits are 400ish dollars, but i would never spend that much, I also wouldnt spend $80 on the ebay ones as i have seen some of those.

the H3/4 etc is the bulb size, your bulb sizes are 9006 low beam and 9005 high beam.

I ordered my kit off this website, http://www.ddmtuning.com/hidkihidbuhi.html

If you can wait a week or two i will have a review up about it.

look at my pics for the TYC black projectors with an HID retro kit.

Projectors with stock bulbs = not as bright as the 80W/100W 9005/9006 setup that it replaced, but as bright if not a bit brighter with the HID kit.

I think the projectors would have been a bit brighter than the stock bulbs, but it's tough to say since I went from overpowered bulbs to the projectors.
