How to change 92 accord instrument cluster?

How to change 92 accord instrument cluster?
I have a 92 accord, how easy is this? can someone give me some tips? Some *** broke into my car smashing the passenger side vent window and ripped the cd player out, kind of breaking certain points of the instrument cluster, i may just push it back in, haven't really decided. Also, is it hard to change out the vent glass? Thanks!
