how do my new tail lights look?
i was wondering...
you know for my accord and the ones like it, they got this black rubber thing that goes around the car, mine is fading away and i was wondering how i could restore it
would oil based paint work if i used it on it?

Are you talking about the trim pieces that are plastic? I just saw a product at Farm + Fleet by I think it was Mothers that restores all the black outside trim pieces to that glossy black and helps prevent further fading. I have no idea about repainting it though.

What I saw was a product by Mothers and you wipe it on, and it should make it look a lot better. I havent used it personally...but here it is. Let us know how it turns out if you use it and I hope that helped.(Sorry, I dont know how to put a pic in a post.)

Hey what kind of tail lights are those? I have a 92 Accord LX, it's white. I was thinking about just getting black tail lights, because Im not a big fan of the Chrome or carbon fiber when it comes to my white paint job!
Plus, any recommendations on websights for cheap head lights / tail lights?!
Thanks!

Bmoonis, I know that you said you are looking for cheap headlights and tailights, the cheapest you are probably going to find are on ebay. BUT, beware! Read the feedback to these sellers and you will see that a lot of people have issues with these lights, fitment, wiring, quality, after a rain the lights fill up with water. I'm not sure if you were going to go this route but just a heads up. The headlights I'm not sure but I know that you usally get what you pay for. I have heard that the halo lights burn out pretty quickly. Just a warning.
