It was ugly as hell. Rusty, dirty, not appealing at all.
Decided to paint the manifold intaked heat shield.
Time: 30 Minutes
Cost: $0.00 (Had the engine paint, it goes for $5 anyway)

Hey not bad for free What kind of paint did you use? Now you got me thinking about doing mine, and maybe the valve cover too...

 

It's engine paint. I got a can some months back from the auto parts store.
They go for about $5
It is heat resistant. The valve cover must look badass. I thought about it. Send pics if you do it.

 

I might do it this weekend. Gotta find a good shade of paint first. I'll definitely post pics if/when I do it.
