Hi ya'll doing? I just got my Accord tinted today. I'm telling you what difference it makes. Car looks better and sportier. Anyone interested in pictures please let me know. If you are in Illinois I recommend you this place - Midco Tinting located in Burbank.

 

I have the same exact car and was seriously consideringtintin the windows but I have to be honest I do have one reservation...What about seeing at night. Doesnt the tinting really make it difficult to see to your right and left and out the rear at niht?

 

Do you really care whats behind you when youre driving? I mean, seriously, if there were a huge tidal wave coming up behind me, I know I wouldnt want to see it.

 

It doesn't really make difficult to see what's on your right or left because you don't put 5% tint on your fronts. Unless you are not IL resident, but even if you would like to put 5%, you will be able to see it through your window. As far as your read window, you will still see what's behind you even at night, it will be a little bit darker.
When you look from outside, interior color matters a little bit as well. I have black leather interior so it looks like darker than my brother-in-law Accord with the same tints who has beige interior and no door visors.
From the legal point of view, in Illinois you cannot tint front windows but I had them tinted anyway (40%). I count on my luck. If the cop stops me then I will think about it then. I will probably take them off and place a lighter tint instead.

Hi everyone

I'm new to the forum, but love my ride. I just had 35% put on all 4 doors and the rear window. Looks really sharp. I was afraid 20 was too dark. Rear visibility at night is a little blurry, but I'm sure I could see police, fire, etc. lights. I'll post some photos. I'm on to the wheels. Any suggestions?

Wheels? I'm thinking about 18' AT Italia Riva or ADR Phantom Black/Silver ones...Anyone who can recommend something else?
