RE: Lowering
generally yes but new struts/shocks are recommended as your OEM ones will wear out faster...i would buy the springs and get them installed, then save money down the road for the struts..your OEM's should make it till then

RE: Lowering
I HIGHLY recommend that you get new shocks as well. My favorites are Tokico shocks, they are very good. I know a lot of people with Tokicos and they don't have any problems with them, gives a smooth ride. If you don't have the money for the shocks yet, then save up, and buy both the springs AND shocks. The reason I say this is because if you're going to take apart your suspension you might as well change everything in one shot. I got my Tokico struts for $265, they usually run around that price.
About the camber kits and everything, those will help out immensely as well. I didn't bother getting those honestly I think it isn't worth the money, but that's strictly my opinion. My car has been running fine for a year now with having just changed the springs and the shocks. Not even a sign of a problem.
