finally got the climate control out. that was a crazy task. had to remove WHOLE dash, jeeez.

got access to the hole in the firewall for my tuck finally

had to do some re-wiring; engine, alarm & stereo. re-located the fuse box. this looks like a good location. easy access, just gotta figure out how to mount it up hidden from view away from where it can be kicked. anybody got any ideas?

got my next swap obd1 h22a

cams removed, gonna replace with type s cams





pistons & rods out. keeping pistons gonna use h23 rods & crank





down to the bare block





now time to clean the block









cleaning done, now high temp primer




taped off all openings & blocked all necessary holes.




gonna leave all pulleys & belts exposed so primed the belt side





painted gloss black & then textured it. it has a sick grayish black tone to it. f'in love it.








still got a lot to go but that's it for now.

Thanx kayweb. It took alot of work just to get this far & I still got a long way to go. But I'm having a blast doing it.
