i was thinking about smoking my tails. did you do it yourself? Looks good BTW dark car with dark tails.

otherwise it looks fine...lil hard to see though which poses the question of visibility at night.

 

yeah i did it myself, yeah washing it is on the list, just want it to rain to wash all the salt away so it doesnt get dirty again.

when the lights are on its not really that much darker, I think i twas deffinatly worth the $12 and 30minutes.

 

Nice. I like to keep my lights OEM because of an incident where my front lights (JDM Black) were smashed. The driver, who was drunk, had the nerve to accuse me of "visibility" issues. Stupid punk.

But for only $12, I love the effect.

 

Is the finish matte or glossy? I like the look though. I think I'm going to try to open mine up (Altezza) and color match them with my car. Do they have LED setups for your car? That might look sick with the smoked color!

This is funny. I was about to post a comment about these tinted tail lights. I saw them on E bay. I'm very interested in them but I am concerned. Are they legal? I live in Arizona.

Does anyone know?
