if you're talking about under the car I believe the best way to do it is tuck them underneath and either bolt them on or get some 3m double sided sticky tape (strong strong stuff man... it'll hold) then it depends on how you want them to act. Do you want strobe effects, do you want just on with the flick of a switch, on all the time, bump with the bass in your car? all of the above or none of the above... what's your idea of an ideal look/setup?
